Available in sizes from 25x25mm to 50x50mm, with wall thickness up to 4mm for heavy duty main gate and sliding gate applications across East India.
Most gate problems start at the frame, not the hinge. When a mild steel gate channel lacks torsional rigidity, the frame gradually twists under the weight of the leaf, and no amount of adjustment at the hinge fixes a warped frame. Our channel gate range is manufactured at the same Block Mill in Durgapur to IS 2062:2011, with section geometry profiled specifically for gate frame fabrication, not repurposed from a generic C section.
